Eibach has FINALLY released the heavy duty springs for the PRO-TRUCK COILOVER 2.0 for the Bronco.

Ford Bronco Eibach has FINALLY released heavy duty springs for the PRO-TRUCK COILOVER 2.0 for the Bronco Eibach HD Springs

I have a 2022 Bronco Badlands SASQ 4 Dr with Rockhard 4x4 swing gate rear bumper with gas can mounts (about 225-250lbs over stock bumper), a diabolical rear cargo enclosure (50 lbs), Rockslide Engineering power steps (around 100 lbs), a BAMF front bumper with winch (150+ lbs over stock), plus at at least 100+ lbs in rear cargo for frig, tools, gas cans and recovery gear.

With all this added weight I lost about 2 inches in the rear with the factory SASQ Bilstein shocks and about 1 in in front. I opted to go with Eibach's PRO-TRUCK COILOVER 2.0 which, in theory, are adjustable from 0.00 to 2.75" of lift for factory weight. I went with them to basically get my stock ride height back and ended up with somewhere between 0.5 and 0.75" rear lift with the Eibach set near max ride height and the fronts are at about the middle of the adjustment range to level out the Bronco.

I have a set of the front and rear HD springs now on order with an estimated delivery around 9/6. I am hoping these will be enough spring to move up to 37s on the factory wheels. I will report back once I get them installed.

My rig is on the lighter side unloaded so the standard springs work great until I load it down. I would probably only want the HD rear springs, but I'd like to hear how much harsher they are unloaded.

I'm in the same boat as Tricky even with a front winch but my primary complaint is the nose tends to dive a lot more than the bilsteins with the stock coils. Will swap to these stiffer springs F+R if the ride is not unbearably harsh.

I have the heavy duty front springs with a Badland Apex 12k winch on a hefty winch mount, something like 150 pounds on top of the factory bumper

the nose still dives when braking

it does ride nice though! Not harsh at all

Have the same winch. Does it dive same as the stock sas bilsteins which was tolerable or still worse? thanks for the feedback.

Thinking about getting HD spring for the rears. I have about 300 lbs of additional weight and closer to 500 when loaded for camping. My rear would sag pretty bad.

Although I might opt for rear sumo spring instead

I came from the Hitachi springs so I can only compare to those

it dives about the same until under sudden & intense braking, then it might dive just a bit more

personally, I find the ride quality MUCH better than the Hitachi setup I came from

Agreed, the ride is 100x improved, we overall love the upgrade. I think the rear 2.0 valving is a bit light (bouncy) and would benefit from a little more rebound.

Tempting! I go on camping runs twice a year and the rear sags a bit - would love something like this but have to balance the ride quality the other 98% of the time when you're NOT loaded down with extra bags and stuff.

Is there a rating (lbs compression / inch) of the standard eibach springs and these?

Wait, what?

With Eibach coilovers the nose dives more than OEM? I was hoping to mitigate that with them.

Maybe slightly more under sudden and intense braking - like slamming on the brakes

I think it’s partly due to my winch and winch mount being out in front of the bumper, further from the axle

Compared to the Hitachis, I found nose dive and rear squat are FAR less with the Eibach 2.0s than stock. Body roll is also improved.. been so long since I drove a Sasquatch equipped I can't comment there, so my opinion is less relevant in this thread.

How “new” are these?

@Caleb@PandaMotorworks quoted me the Eibach 2.0 coilovers and HD front springs several weeks back. They have both the rear and front versions on their website.

I’m waiting to get my armor squared away before I do the coilovers as my plan is to let Panda do the install also.
