My bronco was ready on Thursday, but with traffic I decided to just pick it up today. It was a busy day and I have not had a chance to take any pictures or measure anything yet. However it looks really good and the ride feels much smoother. They installed the pro lift kit coils for the sasquatch. Everything bolted on no issues. When we talked on the phone on Thursday he said they got 1.8" in the front and around 1" in the rear. The non sasquatch badlands sits .5" lower from the factory. So the 2.3"/1.6" they claim for the sasquatch seems pretty consistent that my numbers would each be about .5" lower.

Overall I am very happy with the springs. I originally was going to run a 1" spacer leveling kit in the front until I upgraded my coilovers. With this setup I won't feel as much of an urgency for that. I have some brand new 315/70/17 bfg ko2's from an f150 raptor and method wheels that will be going on next week. The 315's were as big as I had planned on going regardless and I should have plenty of room for them.

I am planning on starting a new thread so that other non sas BL owners might see it. But I will also update a few pictures in here. It's my son's 4th bday party tomorrow so hopefully I will get pictures tomorrow evening or else on Sunday.
This is so great to hear and thanks for sharing. I am one of the many who dumped holding out longer for a Wildtrak so hearing about non sas badlands mods is going to be really helpful.

Got my springs yesterday, unfortunately we had a pretty good snowstorm this weekend, and snow cleanup is gonna tie me up. Got shipping notification on my Core 4x4 rear arms too, so I should have quite the project set up for next weekend! I have RC 1" level kit on front, from what I am reading these springs should eliminate the need for that?

I installed the Eibach Pro Truck Coilover 2.0 on my 2 door Badland Sasquatch and with out-of-the box settings, got about 2.5 inch lift in the front. Posted about it here. This is pretty much just as advertised on the Eibach spec sheet. As a note, there is about 85 lbs of additional weight up front from the winch mount and winch which drooped the front by about 1/8 inch.

Nice. Fyi this thread is for the pro lift springs. The coilovers have their own thread I believe.

My fault. I saw talk about considering coilovers earlier in the thread.

Lift kit installed on my 2.7 non tow badlands and it’s exactly what I was looking for. Pic was taken after a few hundred miles so I’m assuming the springs have settled.

Just the right amount of lift and level and it looks proper.

Ford should have sent them straight from the factory like this.

Here are the results I got. It definitely seems less than the 1.8"/1" that Eibach told me over the phone, but I'm a little confused. I should have parked it at the same location both times I measured. Both locations appeared fairly level. But tires are the same and same psi. The truck definitely appears to be sit much higher whenever I look at it, but these numbers don't really seem to show that.

Shortly after taking the after pictures I measured again at the grocery store which was parked on a slant. It measured 7 5/8" driver front, and 8" on all the other 3 tires. It doesn't really make sense to me, but ultimately I am very happy with the way it rides and the way it sits.

I will be putting 315/70/17 ko2's on in the next week or two. I have to get them mounted and balanced but I'm going out of town, so I'm not sure when I will get around to it. I will post more pictures when I do.

Keep us updated. Looks like your prelift measurements showed the driver corner to have a lower level than passenger side (the eibach springs would not correct that).

What engine do you have?
Have you been aligned?
I believe you would need a bump stop extension. The compressed max state would still be what you had before the lift (on the bump stops). With 35” tires you may make fender contact without a longer bump stop. A kit like the zone off-road perch leveling comes with the bump stop extender.

Data in table form below: Looks like you have rock slider added weight. Based on second measurement set looks like 1.53"/0.94" (not to far off Eibachs initial measurements before things settled).
IwanaGOfast Eibach spring lift data set 1
Pre- liftPost- liftheight gained
Front passenger6.4387.5631.125
Front driver6.1257.3131.188
Rear passenger77.50.5
Rear driver7.1257.50.375
IwanaGOfast Eibach spring lift data set 2
Pre- liftPost- liftheight gained
Front passenger6.43881.562
Front driver6.1257.6251.5
Rear passenger781
Rear driver7.12580.875

Conclusion:
The sasquatch OEM Bilstien set up is 0.43" taller than the badlands none sasquatch suspension (reference the definitive guide to height on this forum). These eibcah's spring lift will gain you a height about 0.5" over the sasquatch suspension. Can run 35" tires no problem provided your wheel setback is adequate (same as sasquatch wheels or better). Folks wanting to sasquatch there badlands can keep these bilstiens and do the Eibach spring lift or add perch colars all the way around 0.43" each corner (if you want to level, 0.5" taller in the front than the back). The sasquatch is gaining the height over the none-sas badlands by the perch collar at a higher elevation. Do the same as what FORD does (easy solution for badlands broncos). I would still add a 0.4" bump stop extension (i will on my build)

I installed my Eibach springs onto my '22 BadSquatch 2.7L on Nov 25th. I took pre, post, and current-day measurements. My rear springs have squatted to the same height as the oem Sasquatch coils did pre-install. I traded emails and TONS of photos and measurements with the Eibach technical customer service person. In the end, he claims they can't figure out why it's like that, and he's supposedly sending me a new set of rear springs.

Well this morning I just read through the 29 pages of this thread- I am going to hold off until they come out with the Overland springs. I originally had a zone 1' leveling kit in the front, but now after adding stuff to the truck I get a bit of sag in the back. I am looking to move to a ARB Summit Winch Bumper so I want to remove the level & replace all the springs, which hopefully will make her nice and even. I would be looking to go to 37s when these tires need replaced as well. (p.s. I have since had a custom bracket made for the light bar, it now sits level with the roof rack)

I don’t think trimming the bump stop would matter if the shock is topping out. Messing with any bump stop would only effect it on the compression not the extension. Don’t quote me im not a shock guy but I think they want you to trim the bump stop so the spring will be fully compressed when it touches it. If it doesn’t it’s going to put more strain on the bump stop it self and not take some of that load off in the spring.
I had to call eibach. I misread the instructions as well. The instructions state in picture form "do not cut bumpstop. Make no change"

I’m wondering if I can add a .5” spacer to the rear with the eibachs. Anyone try this?
For the rear, a spaced is a better lift than a preload perch collar. The read is a solid axle and the extentded geometry of the coil over assembly does not impact the suspension geometry as it does the independent front.

with your set up you are best accommodated with adjustable coil overs to compensate for the weight distribution. eibach makes a good price point coil over. They may offer spring rates that will be suited for the weight you are carrying. sticking with the factory coils are gonna be a series of tweaks to get things leveled out for now until you make that next mod that moves the weight around.
