2.5 inches as compared to which of the 4 or 5 different suspensions?

I’m 26.5 inches center axle to metal fender in the front, so you would have to measure yours to see how much lift that is.
From stock non sas height from what I've seen. But I'll give it a measure real quick to see.

Edit: Those aren't treps, but look very similar! I've seen a few crosswinds out there, not many, but more than the treps.

How are you liking the Trepadors? Dont see many others with them. I love mine! Might go a bit more mild on my next set, but have loved the performance in mud and rocks.

They are Roadone Cavalry MT’s. I have 31” Crosswinds on our RZR and they are great in mud and rocks. I couldn’t find them in 35” for 17” rim so bought these Cavalry’s which have an almost identical tread. I haven’t had them off-road enough yet to have an opinion, but the tread pattern should work great in mud. They are louder than reviews claimed even aired up to 40 psi. I run them at 30-35 on road (depending on where I’m going) and 15-20 off. They are 10 ply and the Crosswinds are 8 and lighter with a softer sidewall. The biggest selling point is the price. I think I paid around $275 each. The Crosswinds are even cheaper but don’t have appropriate rim sizes. I really don’t know what I’m going with when I go to 37’s.

I also run the Eibach 2.0’s lifted about 80% up the perch threads. I am at the absolute end of the adjusters for alignment on the lower A arm. I’m using the stock upper arm. I have 37s mounted and no rubbing issues at all.
Unfortunately, my left front Eibach already sprung a leak. I took photos and an estimate from Ford verifying that it was the shock that was leaking and then sent that to Eibach who replaced the shock for free. (The dealer wanted $1900 to replace one shock - they were going to charge $900 just for the shock! - I got the set of 4 for $1300). So, it’s great Eibach sent a replacement, but they don’t pay for the labor so I spent an afternoon flipping out the old shock and putting the new one back in. Annoying job for a shock that has less than 6000 miles on it.

you will find that most manufacturers Do stand behind they product , but do not cover labor . But Hey , at least they replaced the coilover .

I don’t know a lot about shocks but if it’s adjusted that high doesn’t the shock hit the end of its stroke a lot and could cause it to fail? Plus you’re not getting full articulation with all that pre-load. Mine are closer to 5% at the rear and 20% front. (But I have the 2.3). If I need more clearance for 37’s I’m planning a small body lift. I won’t adjust them any higher because it hard on cv’s and steering.

Thanks! Honestly I was in such a hurry to get them on, because I was using a borrowed shop that I forgot to measure before and after, but the rear adjuster is only a couple threads from the bottom and the front about an inch from the bottom. Estimate 1.5-2” rear, 2-2.5” front or so. Those flairs make it look lifted more than it actually is.
Install instructions provide a range of motion for both front & rear.

Front = 1” lift for each 11/16” adjusted on the strut; 11/16 = 0.6875; 1/0.6875 = 1.45:1 ratio

Rear = 1” lift for each 1” adjusted on the strut; a 1:1 ratio

There’s also a chart that shows different Bronco models and what the lift will be front and rear when installed as is out of the box. It varies a good bit. That’s the main reason I bought adjustable struts. I ended up lowering the front a few days after I installed them to get it level. As the springs settle I may adjust them again IDK. I really wanted to try to stay close to the middle of their range of motion. I wanted some lift (not so much that it’s hard on parts) and a soft spring for good articulation so all tires will be on the ground more and side benefit of a comfy ride.

I’m still trying to decide which kit is right for me but I really like the Eibach’s ease of adjustability and keep coming back to them. I also agree with you about getting the lift dialed in so you get just enough clearance for tires and best articulation while staying as low as possible to keep angles in check and additional strain to a minimum. That height is going to vary slightly depending how each person builds out their rigs.

I did see the chart. For your 2.3 BD non-SAS it looks like they came out of the box at 3.6” front and 3” rear.

I also noticed there are some diagrams for both the front & rear coilovers showing maximum lift distances. This is important because those marks show the starting point of the measurement. You need that entire measurement to multiply against the range of motion ratios I mentioned earlier to determine total lift height.

For instance if you have 1” of thread on the fronts the actual measured distance will be slightly more. I marked up in blue to show a better view. But if the part of the unthreaded strut is also 1” then your total measurement would be 2” which would equate to 2” x 1.45 = 2.90” lift in front.

Note that unthreaded dead space in the front and rear coil overs are different.

Nice job with the math. That will help someone who wants to adjust them on the bench before installing them, which is easier than after. I just guessed when I did mine and ended up cranking them both down some more (especially the front) a few days after installation. Right before my son did the alignment. BTW, some oil on the adjusters helps somewhat.

Scored a 540 (not sure how this is calculated) on the ramp at a friend’s shop.

Yep, that is Tyler's Bronco in the picture.

I assume you have the front sway bar removed.
