Eibach PRO-TRUCK Coilover Front Coilovers..

I am not a fan of doing this but, after a month of getting an Eibach Pro Truck for the Bronco, I have received incorrect parts and now no response.

I will not disclose the seller, but I am very dissapointed at this point (not to say I am upset).

They sent 4 rear coilovers and I am unable to install them on the car.

The email chain is endless and I am really exhausted to reply or send another email / PM here.

Can someone please provide the part number or confirm if it's possible to get a pair of front Coilovers for a 2022 Wildtrak with Sasquatch package.

The picture is what I've received. I need to source the front ones only.

No reason to hide the seller. It was us. We have responded. We are working on this issue and we are doing everything we can even when short staffed last week. I get the frustrations this has caused especially adding the complexity of you using a freight forwarding service but as I mentioned above we are working with Eibach, our warehouse and everyone in between to help get this rectified for you as quickly as we can.

No business is perfect and has to own up when something goes wrong.

Even if its out of the customer and our hands. I have no issue doing that

Looks like we have this situation 99% handled. Just awaiting one more email I think and we should be squared away to having this fully handled to the best of our ability

Just in the same way that I came here to express my frustration, I am coming to give a huge thumbs up to Panda staff.

They made everything work and now we have a lifted Bronco, which rides SUPERB. The change is night and day with the Eibach Pro Truck suggested by them.

We will do business again!
