Never knew eibach did lifts. Always thought they only went the other way. Lol.

A lot of aftermarket custom stuff uses eibach springs that are rebranded. They do lifts for a lot of import trucks/suvs, Ford rangers, and Colorado/Canyons.

They are a good option between rough country and full on custom coils like fox, king, or radflo.

I still have my set of radflo on order, but it will be nice to compare between factory, eibach, and full on custom valved adjustable dampening, multi spring rate coilovers... but I'm pretty sure radflo uses eibach springs too.

They make alot of lifted springs and usually offer choices in spring rate for those adding heavy bumpers and winches. I have Eibach springs on my Tacoma.

Update:

It's at Eibach!

Got an email that there is a somewhat common issue with the passenger lower shock mount where the bolt in the front is out of spec and/or cross threaded in from the factory. It causes no damage to the arm. You'll need a new bolt/nut though. If you are doing this on your own, before you get everything apart, inspect the fasteners to make sure they are serviceable. Otherwise order a new set.

I'll have more updates on Thursday.

what bolt are you talking about? the lower shock bolt? There are 2 of them so both?

Sorry meant to pluralise that.

So they said they have seen several in the passenger side on the front bolt, and only that passenger side front bolt on the lower arm. I don't want people to take that as "that's the only one you need to inspect" though. So its a good idea to check em all.

Update... new eibach pro series kit done. Should be available soon, DM me for details on it as the company I work with is one of the biggest eibach retailers to the offroad segment. Pricing to follow soon.

Set at 3 inches of lift

Further update, just picked it up. The factory base suspension is very soft. I've bottomed it on drainage channels across roads here just daily driving. It blows quickly through the stroke. I'm guessing/assuming that has to do with Ford trying to minimize NVH as much as possible.

The eibach suspension is very very good. It is firmer without being harsh at all. I haven't taken it offroad yet but I imagine it will be very good there as well. The comfort zone on the eibach stuff is setup very well.

If you're looking to upgrade without breaking the bank (should be around $600-700), this is the best answer yet. We're looking at mid April for availability. If you're interested, let me know. I'll post up again with links of where you can get em.

Definitely post up the links when you get them. My Bronco is my DD now, but will get some off-road time as the temperatures warm up. I don't need a full on off-road setup, but I am definitely looking at improving upon my factory OBX without the Sasquatch package. (y)

Interesting. Will different spring rates be available for those adding heavy bumpers, winches, armor, etc.? How about travel numbers front and rear?

I'll ask but not sure about the spring options. They are going to do a threaded body coilover as wel like soon. You can swap later without much difficulty but obviously having an appropriate rate to begin with is ideal. Also bear in mind I'm a black diamond, so I have the steel bumpers, armor, and sliders. And they also assume people are going to load these and offroad em. I can't overstate how good it rides as is. I am on my way right now to offroad. It's a light day trip but I still have traction boards, Shovel, air and electrical repair, compressor, tools, air lines, food, water,

Travel is increased a couple inches, but it is limited by the fact I'm still using a factory front upper arm.

Sitrep-

The eibach stuff did excellent. Didn't bottom out once, very smooth over pretty tough terrain. Took it up Lytle Creek here near San Bernardino, CA.
