I’m I missing something? The Truck is ugly as Hell!! ZERO INTEREST!!
It should of had an optional EV powertrain, but come standard with a Duramax/Allison

I like it, way more than I thought I would. Anything that pushes the truck and off-road envelope forward I'm all for. Having this and the bronco enter try market in the same year is impressive.

Pros: Some really cool new tech. I especially love the removeable roof, the cameras and the ability to turn all four wheels somewhat independently (although the crab walk is a party trick and not all that functional).

Cons: I don't love the styling (still beats the cybertruck). The low water fording would scare the hell out of me on how the battery/electronics are protected. The price is absurd. They should have started with a hybrid and not a full electric. It doesn't matter how badass it is off-road if you don't have the range to confidently take it their and back. They still haven't solved or mitigated the range problem that EVs have, especially when towing or stressed.

I don't think this will damper bronco sales much as currently offered, but good on GM for finally taking a risk and offering something bold.

I always thought I was alone in loving the look of the avalanche. This looks like a modern avalanche and I love that.
Slap a duramax in this thing and charge half, then I'd be really interested. For the foreseeable future, I have zero interest in any EV or hybrid.
Other than the EV aspect, I like it. Nice styling, absolutely awesome interior. This thing is better than I expected... By a lot.
It's cool seeing a "super truck" that costs six figures. Nobody complains about the price of a Ferrari or lambo, why can't there exist a crazy truck that costs a lot of money too?

I like the idea of a plug in hybrid with low end torque. I drove VOLTS for 6 years and I barely used any gas, even though I could fill up at any gas station. Long trips, use gas... shorter ones, plug in. Makes total sense for a go anywhere vehicle. Also maybe you could use that battery to plug things into when camping.
Having instant torque would be incredible. When towing or off-roading let the electric motors get it rolling into the ICE's sweet spot and then it takes over from there. The portable power and EV-only grocery runs are a huge perk!!

I kind of like it. The tech is really cool and the capability seems pretty nice too. But the cost is just too high. If it would have topped at $80ish, then I’d strongly consider it. But $112k, I will pass.

Will it be able to tow my trailered 69 Bronco to the trails without having to recharge every 50 miles...towing performance is what these EV trucks don’t like to talk about.

I reserved an Edition 1...just in case it will.

Maybe I can tow though Dallas traffic 0-60, 3 seconds at a time!

Perhaps even “crabwalk” with a trailer?

Off road arms race just getting started.

There are lots of ways to advance the tech.

Yet I was right its and 4 wheeled ARGO with golf cart batteries. Pretty sweet for 100,000 though.

Looks like someone chopped the front of an FJ Cruiser and pasted it onto a Honda Ridgeline...

It's pretty cool. I need 400+ mile range, it's to busy, over engineered and wayyyy to expensive. EVs are getting there but not yet for me. Just a few more years. The future is bright.

It's interesting. It appears more capable than I would have guessed.

I'm just not sure who will buy one though. Who is the target customer / demographic for this product?

It is status symbol alternative to Tesla. I don't expect to see many of them on the trails until the price comes down.
