End of 2021 Production and Start of 2022 Production when?

Does anybody know when Ford at (MAP) Michigan Assembly Plant is planning to switch over from the 2021 to the 2022 Build? I have worked at Ford for over 30 years at (KTP) Kentucky Truck Plant and most plants start switch over in September to the new model. We are already starting to doing it here at my plant for the 2022 F250. Myself wouldn't want to get a 2021 model the last day in August and they Start building 2022 models 2 weeks later...My Bronco would be a year old already! Also with all of these problems that Ford has been going thru, I would just like to wait until they get this fixed until they build mine!
My build is a Outer Banks / 2DR / MIC / High / TOW / Carbonized Gray / Res 7/14 / Ordered 1/23

Mid December. Not following the conventional model year template. Mainly due to their would only be like 9 2021 broncos...

I think I speak for everyone when I say that we're all collectively waiting for 2021 production to start first.

(the cutover from '21 to '22 is supposed to be in december, for the record)

The Ford Ranger (also built at MAP) 2022 order banks are due to open mid-September, with the start-up date being early December.

I’d expect the Bronco to be similar… but with all of the delays who knows.

Edit: Based on the responses so far, definitely seems like the Bronco will follow along with the Ranger’s dates.

Agreed, Ford would be better off to just keep their mouth shut than to constantly give false build dates.

This launch has been nothing short of a train wreck.

Went through similar situation last year with the GT500.

one year, one month, and one day from order to built.

Got vin in January 2020, built July 2020

Thought there would be no way they would build the 5000 GT500s that they had promised, they ran through December and nearly 6000 were produced.

2021 models started rolling off of the line after the Christmas shutdown.

I stopped at a dealer in Carlsbad, CA and the resident Bronco expert told me the exact same dates for transition to MY 2022.

You hang around Carlsbad and live in Denver? Small world, I am looking to move to Oceanside since I took a new territory for work. Been in Denver 6 years, born and raised in Anaheim.
