Epic fail on the reservations

What a goat rodeo. I do online services for a living and scaling up prior to a launch is a no-brainer. After fighting with their site I finally got to a reservation screen, when I clicked reserve I get - hey your s**t dealer does not accept reservations.

EPIC FAIL

If this is the best software development they can come up with I would advise everyone to run away from Ford's EV's.

I got the same error with dealer not accepting reservations, i tried going onto the ford site on my cell phone instead of desktop computer and it worked perfectly

I cannot get past the make a payment screen. I go to pay and get a white screen. Any workarounds? Anyone having a similar issue?

Thanks, but this was easily avoided by scaling up before the launch and running load/perf to validate. Folks did not do their job, at a normal software company people would be packing up their offices. Amateur hour.

As a Ford shareholder I am not pleased.
