Still can’t believe Ford did away with the painted mirrors and door handles on the Wildtrak

I don’t mind the black handles and mirrors on this color. I actually prefer them black.

The all black base model grill looks right on this color Bronco, more so than the gray of the higher trims.

Are you thinking 255/85r16, then? If so, you're talking Wildpeak M/T's? In Michigan here, and while I love that tire size, the available tread patterns (M/T only except the expensive Coopers) aren't going to be great for our winters...

that color has really grown on me - as a "Mallard lobbyist" to the point of bringing painted panels to two Bronco dealer events and stirring shit up, I really was disappointed initially that it wasn't exactly Mallard and had a metallic finish - don't feel that way anymore - the metallic is there but not distracting - almost makes it satin finish or flat if that makes sense. gonna go with this color (unless they announce something else cool in the next month!)

FYI, G&H Decoy uses a metallic on there Mallard Drake heads.

Supposedly my green Wildtrak was built this week.
7/14/2020: Reserved silver OBX, Sasquatch, 2.7L, High, Leather, Painted Roof.
3/20/2021: Switched from painted roof to MIC.
8/20/2021: Asked dealer to hold order until MY22 since I didn't have a VIN yet.
10/21/2021: Submitted MY22 order for green Wildtrak, MIC, High, Leather, Towing, Running Boards.
12/20/2021: First estimated build date.
1/3/2022: Second estimated build date.
1/4/2022: Blend date on window sticker.
1/6/2022: Built in tracker.
1/25/2022: Estimated delivery to ATL.

For those of you like me that wanted to see a non-squatch OBX in EG...

I couldn't find any for months, was nervous if I would like the paint match flares and mirror caps. Was thinking I wanted to trade for Squatch flares...but I think I like them.

Course! Once I take delivery it’s going to the shop for new 35s and a lift. I’ll post pictures (mid February most likely - in SoCal so delivery will take a little longer)
