That is very interesting, thanks. Their construction method looks to be stacked layers of MDF, likely cut on a CNC router then bonded together. If the $600 includes the speaker it is certainly a contender.

I’m hoping JL Audio makes a stealthbox for these trucks, unfortunately it’ll likely cost $900+. I had one in the center console of my 2001 F-150 and it was slick, but they were more like $300 back then.
I currently have a JL stealthbox in my Wrangler. It was $900 but worth every bit. Has a shallow mount 13.5 sub. Ill be keeping it and getting a box to mount to the gate when my Bronco comes.
I have a 100x4/500x1 JL amp Ill be using.

I don't do much on FB besides stalk marketplace for deals. I did join the Mabett group to see the different stuff he's thinking of developing for the Broncos. (It was late, I was a few drinks in and I was bored - sue me).

But these?

Of course I saw these immediately after I broke down and ordered 4" replacement speakers for the rear.
I’ve already replaced my rear 4” but I’d still be game for a set of these. Not sure where or who to tell lol

Either ForScan app or one of the Kicker Key amps will help you with the full range to the back issues.
Included with the instructions for the soundbar are the steps needed to 'flash' the ACM to provide full range signal. I would imagine that any Ford dealer with a service department could do this. Step VI in the attached guide. I'm also interested in the 6.5s for the back pods.

Now we really have to figure out how to get full signal to the rear speakers from the ACM.
Using FORScan to change ACM 727-01-02 from 0901 to 0900 helped the rear sound for me. Found it in a different thread here a while back when I replaced the rear speakers.

That entry is just for EQ. It doesn't effect the actual signal being sent to the rear speakers. It can certainly affect how they sound, but it will still have the low freq roll off at higher volume.

Not an option for '22 Broncos - unless something recently changed. The flash in question is literally loading a new calibration / firmware version to the ACM to accommodate a full range signal to the rear speakers. Works fine for '21s - haven't seen anyone with a '22 have it successfully done - unless it just recently changed.

Does Mabett have a price on these yet? I was about to pull the trigger on 2 sets of Alpine S-S40s but will just order 1 set for now.

Are rear speakers really necessary if you upgrade to high quality components up front?

In, my stock 6 speaker sounds is terrible. I desperately want something better.
