why does the brush guard have to block the bronco lettering? didn't like that so didn't get it.
Good call. Camera is also a problem with brush guard?

Mine won't be anything crazy special I'm sticking to my budget! My build I'm still playing with colors! Then few BLs pic from April this year. Truly amazing place! Nice pics. Love the animals!! I also think your photo with the dog house above the Bronco is super cool. The blue and white is perfect color. Makes me want to look into V.Blue again..

Thank you! I gotta thank Mo Aoun for that render. That's eventually where I wanna take my BLs build. Road tripping overland off roader!

IF you feel the same way I do and want to explore with Wonderful Country starting with of course “Badlands National Park” .. make yourself heard and share our build!! I plan to celebrate being a Badlands owners to the end of my days..

Share anything Badlands!! future options, locations, planned events and more.. I might just have to take my DJI drone out and film!!!
Love this thread - thanks for creating it! I'm also BL + 2.7 + SAS (undecided on color, but MIC top is great for me). Posted this on another thread, but this is my drive home from Granger (IA to UT) plan:
Had positive fun yesterday planning my first trip in my new Bronco with my 70-yr old Dad (from Granger IA to home in Utah)
  • Day 1) Pick up Badlands Bronco with no hassle, do 8-hr drive to Badlands NP in my Badlands (yes I understand engine breakin and will adjust accordingly)
  • Day 2) Explore Badlands NP
  • Day 3) 8-hr drive to Ouray CO
  • Day 4) Wheel Imogene Pass and Black Bear Pass
  • Day 5) 4-hr drive to Moab, wheel Fins-n-Things
  • Day 6) Wheel Hell’s Revenge and Poison Spider
  • Day 7) 3 1/2-hr drive home
Will arrive home fully satisfied, great pics to share, and most importantly special memories with Dad.

I’m all in on a 2 door Badlands with bead lock capable wheels mid package in either black or carbonized grey.
But the wife thinks we need a 4 door Sasquatch so if I give in I will step down to the Black Diamond with every possible option.

Unlike many on the forum lately I am extremely excited to get my Bronco!

It's like some sort of strange club around here lately where if you aren't negative and critiquing things you don't get to be one of the cool kids. Everyone is trying to out-bitch everyone else. I've actually wondered on more than one occasion if some aren't paid shills from a competitive product's marketing team trying to steer conversations in a negative direction.

Anyway - I can't wait to get my Badlands! may have to take another trip to Badlands National Park. And like someone above said - head to Ouray and hit all the primo trails in the area again. Then off to Moab!

Reserved an FE on night one. Badlands is a better fit and what I am ordering.

Most likely:
Iconic Silver (considering black so I can do a dark green wrap and have unwrapped parts still look good)
Sasquatch
MIC top - wanted painted but still need a hard top for road trips
MGV seats - one of the reasons not to get an FE
Lux
2.7
Towing
Winch
Pod lights
Bikini top
maybe other accessories
2" lift when they become available

I'm getting a Badlands. Really want the ACC though, because I have artificial parts in my driving leg.

Unfortunately, Badlands isn't without it's shortcomings. There is a $1500 gouge on Badlands owners that upgrade to Lux versus OBX/WT trims.

$5095 BL vs $3485 OBX/WT for the exact same thing. It's a little disappointing. Especially seeing as there isn't any reason for it aside from them wanting it. The packages are all identical.

Aside from that, I'm happy as a clam eating sand.
Not exactly the same thing- you can’t get the same interiors!

Definitely Bad Lands here. I did go back and forth a bit, but all in now.

4-Door
A51 (originally planning white, but A51 looks better with MIC)
2.7 auto
Vinyl interior
Lux (oh well I like gadgets...tried to tell myself high was fine, but no)
MIC (want dual tops, but not on B&P?)
Accessories: Yes...what? I don't know, but I need to fill the switches. I am new to off roading so need to figure out what I will need/want/use.

This was what I wanted pretty much since I heard the options. I didn’t think I’d end up wanting white but I think I’ve settled there.
