We recently participated in a 500+ mile offroad excursion with the guys from Expedition X Offroad.

This was their first Bronco exclusive event, and it did not disappoint. We spent 3 days blasting through Ensenda, San Quintin, and exploring the Baja peninsula. The run included a variety of high-speed pre-running, sandy beaches, rock crawling, and plenty of tacos.

Big thanks to @EXO Bronco for hosting this kick ass event. If you have the opportunity to attend an EXO event, we'd highly recommend it. Some Bronco owners traveled from as far as Arkansas and Washington state to enjoy the trails and scenery that only Baja has to offer.

Absolutely, especially while running on the beach.

Zero tie rod failures. We brought a couple spares for safe measure but didn't need them. These trucks really held up great and took a beating.

This was such a great time, and I can't wait to attend another EXO event. We met so many awesome Bronco owners and these trucks can really take a beating off-road. For those thinking about signing up for an EXO event, I'd say you definitely won't be disappointed.

We didn't run the stock sasquatch tires; but a few of them did. 2 other trucks with factory sasquatch tires got flats. Pro Eagle jack really came in handy during the trip.

Any updates? Hows development on the Downpipes coming along?

Hopefully we can jump on development soon. Other projects took precedence.

This particular group (EXO) requires that you use a 50 watt VHF radio for communication on Weatherman frequency. We like the ICOM F5021, which we hide away in our center console.

This group also provides a GPS route to follow for the trip. We prefer the Garmin Tread GPS, however others use Lowrance, Gaia or OnX. We usually run an app based GPS as back up.
