Extended Warranty pricing.

Is anyone willing to share their ballpark pricing on any term of extended warranty they purchase for their bronco?
I would like to have an idea with your help when it comes time to negotiate for it.

Outside of Florida, I would get the extended warranty from Ford, In Florida, these Ford extended warranty prices are skewed.
Heres an example, Bronco, 8 year, 85k mile plan:

Price if registered in Florida: $3200
Same plan if registered in Georgia: $1650

My dealer price matched the Flood Ford price on 8yr/100k premiumcare with $200 deductible for $1440.

Don't ask me how I know this - I promise I've never, ever... ever.. have done it.

But do you REALLY live in Florida? Like do you visit your famil.. I mean secondary home... in another state?

(Florida's ESPs are regulated by the state so that in theory consumers wouldn't be gouged - in reality, it allows dealers to sell the ESPs at MSRP and not allow for competitive pricing like you can obtain in other states)

Per visit. So if a speaker goes, not worth your time with a $200 deducible.

Also I would never get a third party extended warranty ever again - made that mistake before. The rules on what is, and isn't, covered even in a "bumper to bumper" warranty are quite lengthy. Only warranties through Ford are worth it from my experience.

For every repair.

Service visits like oil changes and brakes and hoses are not under this warranty. This is an extension of the bumper to bumper warranty. We got 8 years, 125k miles, $100 deductible plus key FOB and interior and exterior lights. $2470. Flood. Imagine replacing those headlight or Key FOB without it?
