I am sorry if this has been provided, I did try a search but my wording may be off. I was looking for the part numbers for the top of the shocks. For example if you were to install a Bilstein 6100 that comes with everything but the top retaining portion. I was hoping to find the part numbers for those items so they could be ordered in advance to allow a person not to have to disassemble their existing shock. Thank You

Calling @flip ^^^^
That guy is so awesome, I hate to keep bugging him. He has looked up quite a bit of stuff for me and I greatly appreciate it. We are lucky to have him as a resource.

MB3Z-18A099-E This is the fine pitch thread version. You will need W715135-S450 nuts. They are literally putting on my 6112s as I write this. Are you reusing your springs or any other parts?

I am going to give these a try. Basically the same thing you are doing. I was just thinking about building the shocks before removing my existing ones. I would build two at a time prior to removing a set. So I would need two of the MB3Z-18A099-E and nuts. Additionally I would probably need the rubber that goes between the top and spring and not sure but probably the bump stop. So ideally I would like to not reuse any parts. Am I missing anything you can think of.

I did not measure my before or after but it feels like at least 2" (that's what she said). Regardless of what others have done, I suggest taking the axle nuts off and pushing the stub out so it doesn't hang or have the chance to pull apart internally. No reason to tempt fate.

Front & rear upper insulators (4) MB3Z-5415-B
Front & rear retainer nuts (4) W720199-S440
Rear upper cap nuts (6) W520213-S440
Front upper cap nuts (6) W715135-S450

Reuse rear lower shock mount bolts but apply thread locker during reassembly. Do not need dust cover/bump stop as they aren't reused on the Billy's. I suggest using new nuts I listed above and when you take off tie rod nut, upper control arm nut, sway bar nut, caliper mount bolts, axle nuts, you put some loc-tite on all the them on reassembly if you don't use new.

Great, thank you Sir! The Bilsteins look great, there is not a spec of dirt anywhere on that Bronco. CV angles look really good as well, nice setup. Thank you for the information.

So just to clarify these (MB3Z-18A099-E) will work with or are a replacement for the Badlands Bilstein shock Cap and I would need four of them. Two for the front and two for the rear, plus the following list you provided below. This would allow me to not disassemble my existing shock and assemble a shock like you bought. Correct? Thank You Sir.

Front & rear upper insulators (4) MB3Z-5415-B
Front & rear retainer nuts (4) W720199-S440
Rear upper cap nuts (6) W520213-S440

Front caps are MB3Z-18A099-E
Rears are MB3Z-18A161-D

The rubber insulators are the the same on front and rear.

The Icon's I mentioned above are terrible. They have been removed, back to stock. I have Bilstein's like you have on order. I am going to copy what you did. Thanks for posting your pictures.
