This is what I’m saying, the Badlands and Sasquatch package both get the reservoir Bilsteins. They’re going to have a larger springs on them, not a spacer
Well the confusion is coming from the fact the Sasquatch is lifted 0.6" more than the Badlands but they use the same suspension according to Ford.

I work in industrial automation and this is actually really easy.

We know things like where the truck is at, who did a certain QA check, what time the emblem was put on etc. It would be very easy on my end to save the snapshots from the cognex inspection cameras that are probably already on the line. A few more can be added for a holistic review.

The hardest part would be connecting the factory floor information and databases to the other parts of the company so that customer information and internal information can match.

If they assign a vin number to a customer at the start then that would make it easy.

Difference in tire diameter is 1.65" (about), so half of that is the 0.8"(ride height addition). Since that was based on nominal tire sizes (285/70/17 = 32.71", 315/70/17 = 34.36"), and individual tires could vary a fair bit from that, I would guess the 0.6" is all tire...

This topic has been beaten to death. The height differences were all calculated taking specific tire height out of the equation. Sasquatch is 1.2" higher than a base and 0.6" higher than a Badlands.

Makes sense. Multiple sensor/radar locations would be more effective.
That will presumably be a limiting factor for aftermarket bumpers and accessories, but hopefully the companies producing them will take it into account.
i dont think that would be limiting at all. Companies know its there so they would be foolish to not include them in their aftermarket bumpers

The louver itself has a tiny motor that open and closes it. Of course this motor has power going to it.

You have 2 choices:

1 - the motor detaches from the louver very easily so remove it from the louver and tuck it away still plugged into the harness. The only small issue is that every time you start the truck, the motor will turn and continue to run. No big deal. Most Raptor guys go this route.

2 - I wanted to see what would happen if I did not plug it back in and drove my truck. No warning lights BUT I did get a warning on my ford pass app on my phone. Which is no BIG deal.

Does it throw any codes with it unplugged or is there a way to trick it?
