If you're wondering about Bronco construction, here's what's aluminum vs steel on the 2021 Bronco:

Aluminum:
Hood
Front fenders
Rear fenders
Doors
Tailgate

Steel:
Frame
Floor
Sport tubes (cage) (boron steel)

This part right here.

Y'all aint gonna like drilling into that for accessory addition LOL.

Also, if you dent/bend it...It's DONE. It's crazy strong and light, but once you move it...NOPE. Done.

Can someone with a more trained eye tell me what engine we're looking at on the 4-door chassis?

I'm still learning my ecoboost architectures...

x2 but I think this is the v6?

I'm going to be a negative nancy but that alternator looks pretty low and hard to replace. I wonder where it lines up with the water fording numbers.

looks like the 2.7l will be a pain for me to work on,not much space in that engine bay(and i work at a dealer so hopefully bulletproof!)

my thoughts exactly on the low alt placement...I would prefer it higher up as to not dunk it in a puddle.

Hopefully this won't be like the Tacoma with drum rear brakes

Not sure if that has been confirmed or shown

All: New to this blog. Based on an options table that was posted yesterday - is the manual trans. available only in the 2 door model? Only the Badlands 4D comes with a manual? Thanks.

Thanks for the photos. I believe I've just landed on white as my color choice.

Anyone else noticed that none of these initial test units have the 7MT?

Very awesome! Still makes picking out a bronco to have built super hard! Thanks for the pictures! Loving the 2 door non Sasquatch but at the same time if I want a Sasquatch I’m going to have to drop down to the base. I swear I’m trying to stay Dave Ramsey/Dan Grec approach on buying one of these! ???
