FRONT CAMERA FIX

Some smart person or @Ford Motor Company should figure out how to simply relocate the front camera to the front of the winch - I think the Warn logo would be the ideal spot!

... afterthought by Ford as they obviously were testing this setup on lower package models.
You're being too generous. I don't think they tested it at all. Anyone with a bit of common sense would have called this out as a major problem if they had.

A set of off road features presumably meant to go together on an off road trim that blatantly are not compatible. How could anyone doing any meaningful testing not catch that?

Does anyone know of an aftermarket mounting plate similar to this? Looks good for a base bronco, but I’m personally not spending 10% more than the cost of the entire truck for a winch setup

You're right, I probably am. All I know is that I'm pissed (and even my wife is, and its her bronco) that we are unable to have the warn winch setup installed while maintaining what we bought our BL for (offroading/rock crawling) and paid extra $ in the high/lux packages. Unfortunately, disabling the ACC, front sensors and the front camera is not an option for us. She uses all 3 daily.

If I recall correctly, or maybe I'm losing my mind and imagining things, I noticed while playing in Forscan that there was an option to recalibrate the cameras.

Here it is. Factory Warn Winch on Lux Badlands. ✔ACC light on the dash.
✔Must turn off front park sensors every time I start the vehicle.
✔Front camera is 90% blocked by winch.

Stay tuned. I think I’m going to move the middle park sensors to the front of the winch. Also I’m going to try to move the ACC box down maybe a 1/2in (it’s barely blocked by the winch)

Maybe Forscan can help with turning off park sensors permanently?

Been dealing with this on a BL Lux package today and you are correct, the winch doesn't mess with the ACC at all. Our biggest concern is once we go in to reprogram the RCM, it will not let us reset for the winch due to the LUX package on the bronco. I have been in contact with our FAD rep that we got the winch from and he is telling me that FORD is working on a fix where it will be able to reprogram as needed. Not being about to reprogram can cause issues if involved in a front vehicle accident with the crash sensors not being calibrated for the winch.

My Ford dealer said they could not reconfigure RCM but assured me the settings on the airbags will work as intended if activated. I cannot confirm this but it would be a huge liability if they were wrong.

JCR is working on one:

Here’s article one of the winch plate! The next version will be production ready.

will relocate the proximity series out. Should not interfere with ACC.

We will be working on a front camera relocation option.

Yes, this is the main reason for our concern. Waiting on a fix from Ford is what we have decided. To much Liability in our opinion.
