2.5 years.... FML. At that point I would just buy a new Rubicon, hire a film crew, head to the Ford dealership, and make a ton of ruckus outside and just scream at the top of my lungs, "HEY FORD CEO!... YOU DID THIS!!!! ARE YOU HAPPY?!"

I also read somewhere that the site would not be updated until April 1st. And I, like many others, have not gotten the site to reflect my order. Give it a couple more days.

I am not shitting you. A week before my birthday, I received the "you are scheduled" email. Complete with a VIN. I tried the tracking link, because who wouldn't, and it didn't work (VIN not valid). I gave it a few more days and tried again. On my birthday (yesterday), I called customer service to ask about it. Sorry, we don't know why you got that email. You do NOT have a VIN, you are NOT scheduled for production, and you should call your dealer. WHAT is this cruel joke? Has this happened to anyone else (I seriously hope not) and does anyone have any insight? TIA

Not alone. I have the same 'enter valid Ford Order/VIN' message.
