Based on @BroncoSarge pictures I wouldn't go crazy with a hose as there's several places where it seems that water can get trapped between the floor and body. Low, contolled water flow or wet rags should be fine.
I had a bunch of mud in mine and the washout floors were great. I used low pressure and a brush to get the majority of it out. Then rags and a cleaner to get rid of the rest. So much easier than dealing with cleaning a rug (which I would likely have needed to do even with husky/weathertek floor liners).
Like others said, don't go crazy with spraying water and it's good. But the water drains through the holes at a decent rate and comes out right underneath onto the ground.
Not having carpet to clean is the best part. If you live in a snowy area, washing out snow melt, along with the salt and dirt, will be a breeze.
Also don't forget, under the washout flooring there is still the passive drain plugs that the carpeted broncos get. So if you get any water under the floor it still has a chance to drain out and get a bit of air.
My biggest complaint would be that the drain hole covers are part of the floor. Once you break the little cover connecting piece it's disconnected forever. There is no way to buy a replacement that reattaches.
