I have a question, does the removal of the Braptors fenders appear in any manual or is there a guide to look at?

I'm interested in this as well. From a PPF perspective, do those Fender Flares come off on a Raptor and what instructions exist on it.

They are “removable”, but not easily like Sasquatch flares. If you want to install ppf under them it may be worth the effort, my ppf installer has done it on two. But he didn’t like it and needed plenty of replacement clips.

even if you could take them off easily, it’s ugly as sin under there

You’ll realize when you’re taking the flares off that there’s bolts and then there’s a bunch of single use plastic clips. You’ll end up destroying a bunch of the clips and Ford doesn’t sell the clips separately of the flares. Here’s a link to the replacement clips that fit close enough.

Thanks! Great tip.

Aren't there multiple types of plastic fasteners (clips) used for the attachment of the fenders associated plastic parts?

Perhaps none of them tend to break doing this job except one type?

I'd bet the Ford OEM part(s) is (are) used broadly across many vehicles and is available from Ford somehow.

I guess I just do not under stand the terms used to describe the removal. Is the splash shield the inner flare liner? I know that has to be removed before you can get to the Flare push pins.

Didn't rip it off. smacked hit hard when I slid sideways into a wall. Several busted clips. So I need to know how to get it off in proper order to reinstall the broken clips.
