Same could be said about the Bronco 2.7 engine.

But in reality, issues are small numbers for both, but high lighted on forums
Very true. I have a JLURD and zero issues in 12k miles. its a 21 and drives great with a 2" lift Nd 37s. Many people on the forums attest to the engine being excellent but of course problems are exposed. The steering issues were first exposed in the forums before the steering box fix from jeep. Forums exacerbate issues and are a focal point for hashing out problems. Love the engine and love the jeep. It will not be going away when I get the Braptor.

I made the same decision 2 months ago and I’m enjoying my new diesel rubicon. I’m a late November reservation holder so I k ow my bronco won’t be available till later next year. We’ve already enjoyed the Jeep enough to justify the purchase even if it’s only for a year. Hope you enjoy yours!!
