Finally decided on tail light MOD (without brightness loss) -- smoked GTS covers

I wanted to tint the tails, but I will not lose visibility. Too many years on a motorcycle. Gotta be seen. Found the GTS covers that have a honeycomb of sorts that allows light clean through and gives me the smoked look as well. Took the first few photos with the left one covered and the right untouched. The photos are just running lights. i basically hit unlock on the key fob. I didn’t hit the brake pedal.

Do they add any "bulkiness" to the taillight? Looks like they are a cover and not a replacement or film.

It’s does a litlle, but there is already a lip on the stock taillight and this is kind the same thickness.
