Finally received my 2-Door Base

It arrived this week and went out and added Fuel Shock Wheels. 17” offset 1. 285 70 17 Cooper Discoverer 4s tires. Love the ride and interestingly it has not been noticed. I think the average drive just thinks it is another Jeep.

How's the ride quality on the new tires? How far off is your speedometer now? I'm looking at upgrading mine as well, but likely going to go with either 265 or 285 on the stock wheels

Had a guy from another forum over a few weeks ago to do some welding for him. 5 hours of working in the garage, as he is about to leave he looks back at the drive way. "So, you like jeeps, huh."

It is slightly noticeable from stock wheels & tires which weigh about 10 pounds less, not annoying.

Thanks, trying to plan ahead so that is super helpful because I also ordered the manual. I doubt too many automatic base models will be on the road.

I went over it and it appears to be perfect. I have not yet removed it so may find some issues then. Also it does not squeak rattle or pop.
