I think the biggest problem is just that particular grill.

Somewhere somebody posted a Bronco with this grill style painted white and it looked wrong.

The Big Bend/Outerbanks grill looks great painted, but not the Badlands/Wildtrak grill.

And I'm guessing the Base/Black Diamond will look good painted since they look like the old grills.

I wonder what it would look like with the bumper, flares and top all body color. The dark metallic red is not a color I would pick.

There is a jeep a few blocks from me , all silver and it looks good. Looks very different from a normal jeep. But the look needs the right color.

I had thought about color matching the grill, but after seeing this, I am definitely deciding against. Don't like the way it looks at all.
I agree with most of the other posts, the a white or silver grill would look much better.
