If I calculated this correctly, even at numbers rivaling the range total builds daily, that is 7500 Broncos built/mnth. I realize things can change with redirecting resources, but how long will they build this year and do they add some Saturdays to the mix?
If you see the number closely, you will notice that there is a ramp up of the production. Don't know exactly the max capacity of that plant per day, but I'm sure that is increasing every day until they get the maximum capacity.

Wait, if they hit full production in August and that's 1000 a day, even at only 5 days a week that's 20,000 Broncos a month. 4 months of full 2021 production from August through November. That's 80,000 2021 Broncos. That's not including what's being built now till August. Why are we down to 40-50k?
Because 2021MY is not going to be until December. They suppose to launch 2022MY before December.

man, you four door guys are a sensitive lot. Learn how to take some ribbing and we’ll let you join our Bronco tribe.

and I’m a grower not a shower, doesnt work too well with my 47 year old EB in the late fall when I pull the fan knob, twist the heat knob and it seems like nothing happens.

Right that's what I said. August through November production. 22 Starts in December (probably). If 21 production stops November 30th to allow delivery before 22, that's 4 months of full production.

they will still be making ‘21s in January of ‘22, won’t start on 22’s until Feb.-Mar.

I must've missed that info or that's new. If that's the case then that's 5 months of potentially 1000 a day. That could be at least 100,000 2021 Broncos. Although, I suppose it could be that based on part availability they can only build 40/50k this year maybe? Idk.

Doubtful. Delivering a few maybe. Model year changeover is supposed to be in November iirc.

From 1978-1996, Ford built a 4wd vehicle that was basically an F-150 with a shorted frame, a rear seat, and an enclosed cargo area. They called it a Bronco.
In 1997, Ford replaced that with a 4wd vehicle that was basically an F-150 on a full size F-150 frame, a rear seat, and an enclosed cargo area. They called it an Expedition.
In transitioning from 1996 to 1997, Ford essentially discontinued the 2 door in favor of a 4 door and gave it a new name. Soooo.... They've been making the equivalent of a 4 door Bronco since 1997.
Preach it brother! Been trying to say this for years, they won't hear it.
....and then there is the Ranger based 2dr Bronco II which evolved into the Explorer!!! LOL
So here we are again, going nutso over the latest reiteration of the Bronco II !

The F150 would like to have a word with you, hold on a sec...aaaand so would the Mustang.
Ummm. Yeah. Hard to believe Ford never deigned to sully the Mustang name with this abomination in ‘65.

Yep, I fucked up.
I had read 500 a day across two shifts and misremembered it as 500 a shift x two shifts ....
There was also another post that put production at 1000 UNITS a day, to include Rangers....not 1000 Broncos.....and as stated above, that would have to be a PERFECT day, IE: Not gonna happen.

I have edited the nonsense out of my earlier post.

You’ll see more 4 doors in the trail without question, if Wrangler is any indication, and by pure number alone.

You tell me about the mall…I won’t know on that one. You seem fascinated with it so give us the scoop.
Hey GC, glad that you appreciate the ribbing. I just could not resist throwing a little fuel on the fire...
