thanks for looking
Thank you, my wife is driving it today and it came on. She filled it yesterday.. so it’s possible if it has a delay. She’s used half of the tank before the light came on tho.
Did this happen after filling up? If so, could be the flapper not sealing or stuck where the fuel nozzle goes in. Could have a bad purge valve or loose EVAP line somewhere. All this SSM says is some of the valves replaced under warranty have tested good when called back. That doesn't mean they were good, just means when they checked they passed.
Couple options. Unhook one of your battery cables for 5 min to clear out the codes, drive see if it comes back on. Or, set up an appointment with your dealer to have checked. This won't cause any running problems or leave you stranded, it's more about controlling the fuel vapors.
That lil guy? Don’t worry about THAT lil guy.UPDATE: Likely found the problem.. Finally popped the hood lol. Hasn't cleared check engine light yet.. but just literally got bored and looked while wife in Target..
Not yet.. but it took 1k miles to pop up.. I can clear it, but rather it go through and clear itself.. to know it's fixed. That lil guy? Don’t worry about THAT lil guy.
Easy fix, code cleared?
