Looks fantastic. Love the setup and look with the polished beadlocks on that blue.

Oh I agree but it’s still the Competitionnobody buys a Gladiator or Wrangler because the ride great really do that.
Best ones I have on my phone at the moment.Looks great! Chrome and/or Polished wheels really seem to bring out the best in Blue colors and make them “pop”.
Here’s my old Sonic Blue ‘03 Lightning with chromed factory wheels:
any chance you have a full side view shot? (not a 3/4 view)
Oddly enough the main reason I went machined versus black or another painted color was I knew these would hide scratches over time because I plan to wheel it. With all the nooks and crannies in these wheels it would take days to properly polish these if you wanted too. She's a beaut!
Always love the first few years of polished wheels, nothing looks better.
Then one horrific long day with the felt cones and metal polishes, plus two briefcases worth of attention juice and the Reverend Horton Heat blasting in the background to re-set the clock.
That's a good point on hiding slight blemishes. It's a great look for Bronco that gives it a bit more of the late 80's vibe than the 60's vibe, which suits the body lines and style of 6th gen Bronco a lot more than trying to turn these modern rigs into 60's homages.Oddly enough the main reason I went machined versus black or another painted color was I knew these would hide scratches over time because I plan to wheel it. Did you get a significant MPG drop?I’ve had her a Week come Monday and here’s the list so far:
Mods:
- Method 101 17x9 (-12 offset) Beadlocks
- 37x12.50 BFG KM3
- RPG Perch Collars (gives you +2.25” lift in the front and +1.25” in the rear on top of the Sasquatch suspension)
- Billet A Arms
- Factory Warn Winch (driving nannies and Adaptive Cruise disabled)
- Factor 55 Winch Hooks
- Baja Design Fog Lights (tying the Amber SAE into the Factory Fog Switch Wiring)
No, No, No, No, No. 6 puke faces for this beauty and that's what he brings to the table? Such a sad generation.
It had 8.1 Miles when the tires and wheels went on so I’m not sure. I’ve only got 140 now so not enough to make an accurate statement.Did you get a significant MPG drop?
I personally think the Sasquatch is worth it because of the heavier axles, etc. so even if I went say Outer Banks or lower I would be spending roughly the same amount to get the same height but not have the heavy axles, diffs, etc. The perch collars are like 250 bucks to clear 37s, the billet pieces I have aren’t needed. Compare that to the BDS or 4WP lifts that are over 4k and you start to end up at the same price point.Dude! You bought and built my dream 6gen! I love it! Yes, i realize you have a first edition, but, if you couldn't have bought one and we're buying another trim, do you think it's worth buying Sasquatch and still lifting vs buying non SAS and doing lift, gears, shocks, tires, rims yourself? That's my biggest debate! I'm looking at velocity blue Badlands and this is what I'm hesitating on.
