First Edition or Wildtrak, what will have a better resale value or trade-in value in two years. I'm most likely going to sell or trade-in my 2021 Bronco on a 2023 Warthog/Raptor Bronco. Trying to figure out if a First Edition with Navy Pier will be worth more money than a similar loaded up Wildtrak with Tan/Ebony or Black/Gray interior. Second question if the FE does have a higher resale value is it worth living with a fugly Blue interior for a couple of years? Like to hear members opinions on this one. As I'm having trouble deciding to stick with my FE reservervation or switching to a Wildtrak.

Wouldn't the FE have better value if any over a WT since its limited in production, and also comes with the sway bar disconnect that can't be had on the WT. Also the FE gets an exclusive paint (lighting blue)? I don't think the interior color is going to make or break resale or trade in value imo. You could consider swapping the the FE seats with another WT if you find someone that wants to..

There's alot of hate and negative feedback on the Navy Pier interior (Myself included). Just wondering if it will be a turn off on the resale market. Seems like alot of folks with FE reservervations will be switching models due to blue interior only option.
Sure the FE will be the Unicorn Model, but good unicorn or ugly unicorn is the question.

Not really even a question since the FE is a limited production. The interior will not be a concern.

And there is no “Tan/Ebony” interior available for the WT

The FE does give you the sway bar disconnect too.

Once people see what it can do on the trail it will become highly desired.

But demand will out strip supply for bronco's of all trim levels for the next 3 years.

FE should have a better resale. However people that get loaded up badlands not wildtrak may have a more desirable vehicle due to the interior/exterior offerings.

Do you have 2 reservations because I thought if you a FE reservation you can not switch to another model and keep your spot

I have a FE reservation and a Wildtrak reservation, plus my wife has a FE reservation. I believe a FE reservation can switch to other models but other model reservations can't switch to a FE.

A FE will have a better resale value due to the limited number produced, especially if it's lightning blue.

Tan/Ebony was a good guess, turns out the Wildtrak comes in Sandstone/Black.

A First Edition will be worth more, but how much more is questionable. My gut tells me about what it costs extra over a Wildtrak new. There is also the possibility that it could be too rare to be in the price guides, that could help or hurt its value depending on the buyer and the banks willingness to loan extra for it.

For now I don't see any other models coming, but as soon as excitement starts slowing down, look for a never ending stream of "special editions" much like Mustang has done for years. Some have some of these have resale, some aren't worth anything later most are just appearance packages
