First Edition vs Fully loaded Badlands

I have First Edition and a Badlands ordered. I have never been able to completely figure out the difference other than you can’t get rear cargo protector and brush guard on Badlands with 2.7 EB. If these are the only differences then the Badlands is $61,310 without the $300 brush guard and $120 rear cargo protector. Assuming those could be added upon delivery for the same price the price would be $61,730.

The First edition with Keyless entry is $63,360 however Ford gave FE orders a $1,000 credit via points. This makes the difference between Badlands and First Edition $630.

Other than Power Seats are there any other options FE has that Badlands doesn’t?

I wondered the same thing...the FE is just the Badlands with the lux and sasquatch right? Well, and the fridge magnet badge...

The painted/color-matched door handles are another big one. A thread a long time ago put the estimate around $1,000 if I recall, for the effort to buy them, paint them, replace them.

In theory the graphics might be worth ~$500, judging by the cost of the Wildtrak side graphics package.

The FE is basically a Badlands with Sasquatch, leather, the bull bar, and a blackout package. Plus some decals. Tow package is not available on the FE.

If your curious about the Sport (I know some of you on the forum loathe the Sport) the fully loaded Badlands is better equipped with more options than the FE.

Badlands price has Sasquatch included. I configured the Badlands the exact same as much as possible to the FE

Good points on everything except navy pier ….lol…joking but blue dash is not my taste

When I rode along in Moab, I was in a FE. My driver, I think it was Loren, told me my Badlands was pretty much the same, just with different badging and cosmetics.

I think both have the exact same driving modes; however, have been unable to confirm. Best I can tell, neither have “sport”
