For a $25k+ difference to have more engine and similar sized tires and equipment I would make the jump without a 2nd thought.

Im glad our prices aren’t that insane.
His price was Canadian

We are more likely going to see the EPA numbers from a leaked imaged from MAP than on a complete canadian window sticker. Plus they would only be on production models not pre production Broncos.

Canada I believe uses the imperial gallon... Which is more I believe... 4.54L per gallon.
Canada is a metric country, so we use the metric gallon. 4 litres.

So any chance the mixed MPG is 20.0, and the city is shown as US MPG. So 14.0 city MPG, 20.0 mixed MPG, and highway TBD

none of those numbers are mpg.... The unit is "l(iter)/100km". As in it takes 13.9 liters of fuel for that vehicle to travel 100 km. The OP did the calculation for us, 13.9l/100km is 16.9mpg (US Gallon). The 20 MPG number listed on the sticker is misleading, because that's in Imperial gallon, not the US gallon that we're used to seeing.

Here's the numbers from a Canada spec f-150 XL 4x2 with the 2.7
12L/100km City (19.6 US MPG)
9.3L/100km Hwy (25.3 US MPG)
10.8L/100km Combined (21.8 US MPG)

The US numbers are
20 MPG City
26 MPG Hwy
22 MPG Combined

The US number is ever so slightly higher than the Canada number converted (To account for EPA testing cycle differences that someone mentioned). So 17 MPG combined for US should be pretty close to what we'll eventually get from the EPA rating

yes, 16.9 MPG (US) combined. Just about exactly as predicted. Gives me hope my stock BL will eke out 18 mixed.
Hoping for 19 in my 2 door Badlands 2.7L. Lol
