Some random person: "My ideal vehicle is something that looks like a truck, but is actually a car."
Ford: "We got u fam."
The car with a truck bed goes all the way back to the Model T lol. El Camino, Ranchero, Rampage, Brat, Ridgeline,...that's just the US and missing some examples I'm sure. Count foreign markets and there's been some variation of the theme in constant production for more than 100 years.

It's meant to be an entry level vehicle. We are missing low price alternatives now that we discontinued most of the cars.
Personally, I'd design it to resemble an El Camino.

Hope no one was picking A51 because they thought it was Bronco (slash Bronco Sport) exclusive!

I don't even know what this is supposed to be? Smaller than a Ranger? Enlighten me, please.

A51 doesn't work on this vehicle in my eyes. But maybe I feel that way because I'm losing my passion for a51 lately
I agree with you, not only that A51 is the most popular color on our broncos but now on both the Maverick and bronco sport.
Maybe time to change to something else from the A51 that I had picked out

The Super Duties ballooned up to where they should damn near require a CDL

The F150 grew to where the Super Duty used to be.

The Ranger got blown up to where the F150 was a few generations ago.

The Maverick fills in the spot the Ranger left behind.

So, are you saying it's a truck smaller than the Ranger? This is a tad hyperbolic.

I drive an F150 after trading in an F250. I've owned an older F150, had older Chevy trucks (well, my dad did when I was a kid). Of course the 50s and 60s trucks were smaller than they are now, but so were the Model Ts. The beds were much longer in previous generations, but the sides were short enough for me to reach over.
