No, my wife was. lolCan I be the first to say meh
They’re required because most states that have safety inspections require the wheel/tire to not exceed the fender/flare either at all, or not by a certain amount. Im the exact opposite and think 3 inches of exposed tire looks ridiculous. Especially when they’re shooting rocks at everyone’s windshield behind them.Exactly, I don't know how I have missed these, I have a folder on the ole puter FULL of pictures. But good god it looks 10000000 times better without those horrendous things on it
Fully aware of most of the vehicle regulations but doesn't change the fact that it looks 20x better lolThey’re required because most states that have safety inspections require the wheel/tire to not exceed the fender/flare either at all, or not by a certain amount. I think I heard in an interview with the head Bronco guy they are removed by a quarter turn of a bolt. I'm assuming the bolt has some type of retention system so they don't easily release while regular driving though.Thank you!
This is the first I’ve seen these. I love the no flare look, but the aftermarket needs to be quick about something to cover those holes where the flares mount to. I wonder how the quick release flares work exactly.
Yea there are tabs on the underside to remove them for easy replacement..I think I heard in an interview with the head Bronco guy they are removed by a quarter turn of a bolt. I'm assuming the bolt has some type of retention system so they don't easily release while regular driving though.
