I'm ordering the bikini top with my 2-door. Probably take off the hard top to make removing those back seats easier. If I hate the MIC grey I'll get it painted. If I don't care, it'll be collecting dust hanging from my garage ceiling.
Seems like there is a market for someone to collect these, make them awesome somehow, and then resell them.

Within the first 38 seconds of release, I knew that I wanted Antimatter Blue on the Base Bronco...
But with the Grey* Top curveball, I am now leaning towards Iconic Silver or Carbonized Gray*.

Which color do you think goes best with the grey top?
It's sad that we have to ask that question. I'm debating whether to pick whatever color I really want and paint the plastic or wait till next year and see what Ford comes up with. :cry:

* When I like a GRAY color I use the "A"... when I don't like a GREY color, I use the "E".
Area 51 actually looks really good with the grey top. Those who saw it in person on the Overland concept said it was barely noticeable and didn't clash. I'm probably just gonna get AMB with the MIC. If it looks terrible, I'll figure out a way to paint it black.

That rear bumper looks like it would catch pulling into my driveway...

I have deduced from this that the lighting in a Ford factory is utter crap.

Also I like that blue in the sun.

This looks bad...I will never understand the Gray top, and I am really hoping a Black Painted hardtop can be ordered in Dec/Jan.

This looks a lot like the Deep Blue Mica that my Saab 9-2X was painted. In bright sun it looked awesome. Every overcast day or at night it looked dark navy blue or black.

Also CO looking pretty nice in the background. Just still debating if I can own it lol.

Nice in the sun, but doesn't go well with the fender trim or top.

Going with this color as well. Dating myself, but it is a throwback to my 78 Econoline, also factory ordered. $4500 if you're curious...

Looks disgusting with the gray plastic. Why Ford, why?
Agreed! ALL this gray trim and top S**T has to go or be an option. I have been waiting for this vehicle for years and am so excited about most things, but the interior and exterior color combinations/trim/top are killing it for me. I'm actually thinking the unthinkable and NOT moving forward with both my FE and BL reservations. Now considering the new f-150 Raptor, but I am worried Ford will F**k that up too. Jeep must be having a real good laugh right about now. In the spirit of the fall season and football. Ford just has to kick a 25 yard field goal to win the game against Jeep and it looks like it's going to sail to the left of the goal posts.

That would be almost exactly $18,000 in today's dollars.

I really like the silver rims - looks like two vehicles though, one with silver rims and one with black
