this is where I installed mine.

I still dont know why Ford didnt put this in that spot within that trim piece. I wish someone in the aftermarket would make that trim to accept the guts of the num pad.

Nice option. I probably won't use the pad daily, but going hiking, paddle boarding etc, it is nice to have that option.

Why did you cover up the information sticker? I don't know that I ever notice them on any car I've every owned.

First Mod was to move the keypad. Saw a video of keys that can get locked in back under security cover. Figured this would solve it. Second was to remove the door warning stickers and cover the VIN and tire labels to look cleaner with doors off.

I'm reaching out to a company to ask if they can develop a kit for us Bronco owners. There are color matched vinyl wraps that would be perfect for this application. Simply cut a size large enough to cover the stickers and apply it.

it could be I used some pro-bond to help with adhesion.

At a minimum, if the key pad comes unattached under the fuel filler door, it won’t be lost. Although the placement on the pillar is terrific, I would be wary of it working itself loose.
