The window drop down hasn’t been an
issue, even with snow melting/re-freezing overnight.
Frozen buildup on the rear fender flare (4 door) will prevent the rear doors from opening. Hoping that something like 303 protectant or similar will help the flares shed buildup.

Interesting. I hadn't thought about that possibility.

Don't have my Bronco, but how can snow/ice buildup inside the flare prevent the door from opening ?

on top of the rear fender, the door passes on top. if you have a thick later of hard snow or ice, that will stop the door from opening.

Even on my two door I could see that getting close.

remove flare before snow accumulation starts.
it's only held on by two or three quick release attachments.
reattach rear flares at end of snow season

gotta love the modular construction!

Oh no, now there's a functional reason to do flare deletes. Maybe rear-only delete can be the new trend, like the squatting dog front-lift-only trend? :poop:

Guess I will be adding a couple extra ICE/mud (InCaseofEmergency)Scrapers at the front doors to help free rear passengers as needed...
Hoping the 2023 Lux Package includes rear heated flares activated with the mirrors.

I'm also a 4dr in snow country so interested for sure. Do you suppose mud flaps would help?
