First Standalone Ford Bronco Store on East Coast Will Open in Charleston, SC

I knew theses were discussed prior to the Bronco’s release, but I haven’t seen or heard much since. Looks like they’ll have one in Charleston.

When it opens around mid-November, Palmetto Bronco will be the only standalone Bronco showroom on the East Coast — and one of only about five nationwide. The closest is in Alabama.​

Headed up to Charleston this week, will glance over an see what the progress of the building is since it looks like opening is mid-month.

They got approval to build one (1) in Vegas; it has been sitting vacant for a couple of years. Never opened.

My old college roommate lives in eastern Oregon. There is one of these Bronco stores in Idaho outside of Boise that I suggested he should go check out.

So he did—said it was basically an extension of the Ford dealership across the street, just a showroom themed specifically around the Bronco. They host a monthly(ish) Cars and Coffee for Bronco owners, and have some merch & aftermarket gear on display. Took some pictures for me and it all looked like the same stuff on Ford Accessories or Ford's Merch store.

Don't know if all of them host local Cars and Coffee groups, but if they do and the group is active.... could be a good way to meet people and plan off-roading trips.

I can't say enough good things about Kendall Ford in Meridian, Idaho (a western suburb of Boise). Unlike your typical Ford dealer salesperson, Kendall's Bronco experts can answer any question you have. I now purchase all my Ford vehicles from Kendall.

As much as I like Bronco, to the exclusion of other Ford vehicles, I wonder if they're really selling enough to do this? Seems like Jeep gave up on stand-alone Jeep dealerships about 15 years ago?

This is right across the street from where I work. My Bronco actually gets serviced at this dealership as well. Based on my experience with the dealership I am not expecting anything great to come from this. But for the sake of the forum I will for sure check it out as soon as they open.
