Fishing Rod Holder from the Bronco Fishing Guide Concept

One of the BIG reason we chose a Bronco is because of the beach driving on Nantucket we do do get to our fishing destinations. On early depictions of the Bronco there was a fishing Rod holder that went across the hood crossbar. We can’t fin this anywhere. Our Full size Badlands gets here in 2 weeks and we are excited to get it accessorized. Any idea where we can get a custom Rod holder if Ford doesn’t plan on making one? Something like the picture attached.

I think this was just a one off and nobody makes this yet, but I also believe forum member Archetype Racing has something in the works to offer a mount for pretty much what ever, you could search for their posts in the external mods area.

If you are or know someone that's handy in fabricating things, this thing in the photo here doesn't look too hard to build custom too if you're in a hurry.

That appears simple enough. Lucky for you, my 3D scanner buddy will be at the shop tomorrow afternoon to scan some juicy bits for upcoming projects. I can get that area scanned for the AR | FISH. I like that name! Let's go!

As a side note, would you guys be interested in seeing the 3D scan process? Maybe some BTS (behind the scenes) of the R&D we do at STARKILLER BASE? I can add that to the AR sub forum. Maybe also loop you in on the buildout of the new shop space.

I was figuring on making an oar and rod holder to go in the rear receiver hitch on mine. Oars for the boat and rods for Nauset beach. I could also mount rod holders on the JCR Baja bar I have for the steel bumper.
