Not sure I would admit being a woman in a man's body but you do you. Maybe you can compete for a gold metal in the women's division. Seems to be working out well for some ,lol.
Gold "metal?"

Now there's gold. But you do you.

Follow me up some trails at Evans Creek in a 4 door. They are tight and technical.
I would argue that the 2 door is much more agile off road.

Somehow the current 2 door looks not only "cute" to my eye, but also stubby, in a way that the 1rst Gen it's based on wasn't. Haven't taken any measurements or anything, but I'd guess it's because the Gen6 is about the same length/wheelbase, but taller, wider, and the wheels are much closer to the bumpers. The longer 4Dr balances things out, and looks much more proportionally correct to me. The number of doors itself, isn't an issue, from a purely aesthetic perspective.
When the Gen6 came out, the first thing that hit me in comparison to the 1st gen was the door is a lot longer on the Gen6.

Because of that, the 1st Gen looks more stubby to me - more so when it has stock wheels&tires.

Wrong view of it. (all in good fun) I read somewhere, and I agree. There are Broncos, Bronco wagons and Bronco Sports. ;).

Great point about the doors, your pics really illustrate it as well. 6G still looks stubbier to my eye. A difficult optical illusion to achieve, considering the 6G actually has a slightly longer wheelbase and total length.

I love my 2DR. A friend has a 4 DR OB and I am 100% happy with the 2 DR. I wouldn't want a 4DR as it no longer looks like a Bronco to me. Over the last few weeks I have used my2 DOOR to haul wood, a pretty large brand new BBQ, towed a trailer with a pretty big load, drove through 2 FT or water (our roads flood a few times per year) and drove a couple of rough trails as well. Also picked up an abandoned flat coated retriever and spent $800 at the vet to get her fixed up. Now she is part of the family. I have a Wildtrak and love it but it has grown on me more and more since purchase. I wasn't sure at first due to the huge size vs my older 2 DR Jeeps and then I started to appreciate the room it has. When back seats are folded down I have all the room I need. But it's just me and the wife these days. I have zero regrets on the 2DR but wouldn't have ever bought the 4 door. I have memories of the 70's when I always saw the older Broncos and loved them. Always wanted one and never was able to get one of the older models. The 2 DR has more room than a 2 DR Wrangler and this is a good thing, .I now see the 2 art wrangler as way too small after living with the bronco!

I feel the 2-door definitely looks better. The 4-door looks good in Badlands and higher trims or lower trims with Sasquatch package but a non-Sas 4-door Outer Banks looks a little goofy to me with the small tires. I'm still deciding if I should order a 2-door manual Badlands or an Outer Banks with the Sas package and black MOD top (I'm really weary of the MIC top) as the price points are similar.

Maybe it’s the door length? It doesn’t bother me now, but initially I thought the long doors upset the classic proportions of the Bronco (where the front “cab” is shorter than the “rear cargo” area, sort of like a mini pickup proportion).

Of course, if the 6G 2-door doors were short like the OG, it would be really hard to get to the back seats.

The 4-door has shorter front doors, so I made a simple photoshop to see what the 2-door would look like with those shorter front doors:

The photoshopped image on the bottom now has proportions more like the original. Looks better but less practical.

I think you're right on both accounts. Your photoshop version does look less stubby, but rear seat access would suffer.
Good thing there's a "moredoor" option :)

I've been planning on getting a 2Dr ("as god intended" :p ) but I realized that I'll probably have more opportunities to have fun in it if I had a 4Dr. For example, if I were to have a beach day with the wife and 2 kiddos, having the trunk space of the 4dr would mean that I could take it and have fun out on the sand instead of going in the van. Or am I overthinking it and I just need a 2dr with a safari rack? :ROFLMAO:

You're overthinking it. Leave the kids at home and have a beach day with the wifey. Definitely more opportunities to have fun. 😜

We have a 4 door Heeritage LE that is mainly the wife’s car. I daily drive a 2021 Silverado high country that is getting ready to be replaced by something. Is it wrong that I am thinking about a 2dr Wildtrack Sasquatch?
I live in a downtown urban area but do drive 100 miles interstate round trip 3 days a week.
Could just take her 4 door those days as I feel the 2dr would be too jumpy on the highway.
