Didn't see this thread until today, when the broncos came though a few weeks ago they had a black OB. The drive side door had 2 dents, right where the hinges are. Looks like someone tried to open the door more then it it want to go.

One of the preproduction versions had broken plastic mount which seemed like a poor miss by Ford.

I wonder if it broke there because the top part isn't properly aligned? There seems to be a big gap above between the handle and the bronze panel

sorry that this is an old thread... but this is a major issue to me. ive noticed on town and country tv's youtube channel on the rapid red badlands they were testing tire sizes on had similar creases on its doors. I was trying to figure out what it was from, and i wasnt noticing it on every bronco, not even tho ones ive seen in person.

This makes sense tho. crazy that ford designed this in a way that the door skin would take the stress of the door overextending. Going to have to figure out a fix for this before damage happens
