I was there as well. Wish they had a 2 door...
Here's my swag from the visit.

What is the first image? A cookie with Bronco icing? I got the carabiner.

I picked up a door. I decided right then and there I am never removing mine without some assistance. Thank goodness I will only have two doors. I believe the removing of the doors will be a passing fancy for me anyway.
I agree. At one point 2 of the Bronco Experts attempted re-installing the driver side front door and they had trouble. They got it eventually though.

didn't feel flimsy to me, I lifted one in the bag, has good weight to it, I think they said 60lb but I might be wrong.
Had a nice satisfying "whoomp" to it when closing the driver's side door too and very comfortable, I'm 6'3 220lb.
But it is a cozy cabin, more of a cockpit than a huge salon, similar to a Wrangler. Definitely smaller (not buy much, but noticeable) than my 04 Tacoma. But well laid out, everything within reach where I'd want it. Definitely go sit in one if you can and are not familiar with Wranglers etc.
The door itself felt fine to me, the concern is the stop. It felt like it would be easy to overcome the stop. Cursory inspection showed a small tab on the bottom hinge is the only thing from keeping the door from whacking the front fender. Not a show stopper but something to keep in mind.

I'm a cop. I have much more important things to do than hassle a Jeep owner over lack of mirrors. I'd never be able to post on here if I pulled people over for dumb shit like that.
Thank you for doing an increasingly thankless job. Much respect.
and @MadMan4BamaNATL :
The way I interpret the laws (and I'm no lawyer by the way) and the way it reads here is that if a vehicle is designed from the manufacturer to have the ability and intent to remove the doors, it is legal to drive said vehicle without them.
Which means a CJ is fine, and a 76 Trans AM? Not so much.
And speaking of 76 T/A and long doors....I've had a few 2nd gen F bodies in my time and a Chevy Cobalt 2 dr. SS (doors half as long as the car itself), and there is a reason door hinge pin replacements are readily available and common...

Couple things...

1 - on a four door, the fronts are 61 lbs, the rears are 48 lbs. Don't know about a 2 door but they have to be over 61 I would think.

2 - At a dealer event, I noticed some buckling on the door edge right where the hinges were. It looked to me like the door was over extended and bent at the hinge mounts....so a concern...yes!

I'm surprise Ford didn't include at least that little catch strap to keep the doors from opening to far.

One of the preproduction versions had broken plastic mount which seemed like a poor miss by Ford.

They didn't miss it..that's why they made so many parts easily replaceable with the Bronco 😁

How else are they going to upsell you the First Edition metal grab handles and subsequent Heritage Edition versions? Shhhhh, don't spoil it!

What the hell?!?! We didn't get Bronco cookies at the Chicago events!!! I already got my email and vin so thanks to this I have something else to complain about now. Excuse me while I go post a topic about how it isn't fair people are getting priority cookies over the rest of us.....
I was upset as well but then I realized the cookie had that odd blue stitching around the outside that doesn't match the rest of it and I decided I was out!
