Do you have documentation of this? I assumed all vinyl was MGV. If not, now I have another variable on keeping my FE vs going to a BL
That's what the rep said at Tenn but you can look at the B& P and tell . It also doesn't say MGV in the description .

Where did you hear that? ? I haven't seen any indication that optioning up to leather on trims that have MGV standard retains MGV on the vinyl portion of the "leather trimmed" seats.
Read my statement again .

Not sure what you mean. The Black Diamond trim is MGV according to the B&P not just Badlands.
Can you get Leather trim on a BD ? Read my statement again .

Much thanks. I'm liking the looks of the squatched Badlands a bit better.

Would be great to get some measurements on the two.
I disagree. I think Badlands looks better without Squatch. I want more wheel clearance.

I think the squatch looks a lot better. The wider wheel and offset gives it a lot meaner stance . I can live with 10mm less articulation, lol.

I have not seen that option in the B&P and I do not think it will be available as the the MGV is a big selling point for the BD. The first trim level with leather option is Outer Banks.

Yes I know. That was a rhetorical question to another post ,lol.
It seems some people are confused about the leather trimmed MGV option that is only available on the Badlands. The Black Diamond has MGV but no leather option. The other trims that offer leather trimmed vinyl are not MGV . Just didn't want people thinking all the vinyl was MGV.

Well, now you've gone and confused people. :) The leather upgrade on the Badlands makes no mention of the vinyl being MGV. Just like the leather upgrades on the other models.

I think MGV is only available as the standard seating on BD and BL. Not on any other model and not on any upgrade.

That is the million dollar question. I am convinced that MGV will look and feel great at this point, but where do I find the data on the swamp ass factor??
@LEGEND great to hear your report the MGV is breathable but how is this possible? Since the material is smooth and waterproof, how can it breath? Are you suggesting it has micropores to allow air to pass?

As @BillyMac said, many of us that live in hot and humid states are rightfully concerned about the swamp ass factor.

For the locals it is the boyscout trail on the hump that can lead to Goodsprings saloon.

MGV for me 100%. That stuff is awesome!!! Super soft with some texture, cool to the touch, not like bass boat vinyl. Ford did the MGV right!
I've been on the fence between a 4DR Basequatch and a 4DR Black Diamond. Finally settle on basequatch, and here you come talking about how nice the MGV is. Grrr.

I know that road up on Potosi. It has some of the worst washboard in the state. How fast were they driving down that road? Washboard is the worst part of the offroad experience out here, and I'm hoping the Bronco takes care of that.
