Could you get adjustable headrest and swap over the cloth?
Exactly what I was wondering. I want to put my MGV on the adjustable headrests. Any thoughts on this, @flip?

That was me. I love them. I actually left the leather on them even with my cloth seats. I have a base (black with gray stitching) and ordered the FE black/grey leather headrests. There is a slight difference in the cut outs for the posts of the leather vs. stock so Iā€™m not sure the adjustable leather ones will work perfectly if you swap the cover, but probably would? I donā€™t think any passenger would notice a difference between the leather and mgv if you get the ones with the same color and stitching as your seats. As always, flip and team make it so easy to get our hands on the parts we need

Ford has some sadistic streak in them about these headrests. Even in my old 2010 Fusion Sport (great car), those damned headrests jutted forward, pointing at the back of your head. They didn't adjust. The best you could do was reverse them. 12 years later, here we are again.

I swapped out my non-adjustable cloth headrest for the FE leather adjustable also. This shows FE on the driver's side in a one-click forward position and Stock BB cloth on the passenger side. Since I have seat covers on, I didn't bother with trying to swap the upholstery to match and the FE doesn't have colored stitching to stand out or clash with my sandstone interior like some of the other trims. Sooo much more comfortable, highly recommended. Part number M2DZ-78611A08-CT

At least you can. Mine are cloth, so not adjustable. So dumb. I need a lil more head/neck support and it's my one complaint.

Here is the cloth/MGV fix and only takes 2-minutes.

Looks pretty good. Price?

The problem with this is it defeats the purpose of the headrest. Despite the name, it's not there to rest your head on. It's there to prevent your neck from snapping backward if you get rear-ended. By flipping it backward, it pretty much negates any support you would get should that occur. You may as well just leave it off completely.
