Well wouldn't that be like...the newest possible one? With the oldest being like a dec/Nov 2022 build? As in, about 2 years old?
I don't know what the manufacturing dates are for the model years.

Back in the GOOD old days, MY2023 stuff was being manufactured in July 2022 and ended sometime in mid 2023 to make from for MY2024.

But I just saw a thread about MY2024 orders here in Sept 2024...

Well wouldn't that be like...the newest possible one?
how does that change what I said? Allow me to quote myself: "The 2023 models aren't necessarily that old."

Our prices have gone up here in the Denver area, did a AT search today and there are 301 new Raptors within 500 miles of Denver. Cheapest advertised price is a 23' for 81,525 on an MSRP of 85,525.

wow, you got called out and you tell the rest of the world to chill. Really?
Yes, exactly lol. I got "called out" for politely being correct.

Oh well

yes, a possible 9 month old (or newer!) vehicle is "2 years old". I'm sure that math is correct somewhere in the universe.

If anyone is interested, there is a 2023 Bronco Raptor at Jim Bass Ford in San Angelo, Texas for MSRP (which means they are likely to be willing to take less). I know that I would not pay MSRP ($89k) for a 2023 BRaptor and I suspect that they know it too.

Just a heads up for those who are looking.

Last month I got 16% off sticker for a '23 OBX without trying.

So that would be $14,240 off an $89K vehicle, or a total of $74,760.

I'm just saying. The answer's always "no" if you don't ask.

I got mine a month ago for 81500 with an MSRP of 99025. Very happy with the deal. I couldn’t think of a reason to say no, and I didn’t even go to the dealer to buy one. I went to test drive the slightly underwhelming ranger raptor.

I’d be curious on your thoughts on the Ranger Raptor compare to the BRaptor. It seems like a nice compromise if you need a bed (or need to tow 5500lbs) and don’t hardcore off road.

Curious also. It does have a better power to weight ratio so it couldn't have been the acceleration. I also guess you couldn't wheel it, even a bit.

performance wise it was fine, I just didn’t like the interior. It felt smaller, cheaper and the orange accents just ruined it. It was all very subjective but stepping into the braptor was a huge upgrade in those areas, not to mention the better suspension, wheels and tires and many others. I think ford should offer a 35 performance package for them to compete with the ZR2 bison as the 33s are just underwhelming.

My local dealer has had the same 4 Braptors sitting on the lot for like 6 months. They had one in the showroom for $20k ADM. I guess they didn’t get the notice.

The only Bronco for me is the one I have with 2 doors and 3 pedals and under $50k. I have cars too and if I’m spending $80k-$100k on a vehicle it’s a car. A fast car.

I test drove one and felt the same way about it with the exception of the seats. I loved the Ranger Raptor seats.

The interior definitely felt smaller and I absolutely hated the vertical center touchscreen. It was not as user friendly to me as the Bronco touchscreen.

Performance was fine and ride was good, but it felt slightly more sluggish to me than the Bronco Raptor. It definitely didn’t make me want to sell the Bronco and buy a Ranger Raptor.
