Tom C,
Who did you order the parking sensor extensions from?
Thanks.
Rough Country - also get one of these if you don't have one for the sensor holes. The rough country stuff I ordered includes two sensor brackets that work on round holes - the factory ones are not circular.

and finally - yeah, no dealer around me will accept Ford Performance online installation either. They want their shop rate at roughly double the hours it seems to actually take
They probably abide by the "You're always one broken bolt away from an all day job" rule. :)

If you need a hand sunday morning or get stuck in the install at any point I can probably help you out. Got my winch installed onto my capable bumper last weekend.

I've read from a couple of posts now the Adaptive Cruise isn't effected by the install and it appears that's what you've found as well. Is that correct? I'm not concerned about the front parking sensors, but would like to keep the ACC option.
No issues what so ever...works as it did new!

The toughest part of installation was identifying the various brackets - they look very similar but thankfully the part #s are all stamped in them so just follow the directions and you will be fine! (and, in addition to the capable bumper, it’s supposedly not Braptor compatible but clearly, that’s not correct either)

Good luck!

I self installed the RC High Mount with a Superwinch 10s. Always wanted the Ford/Warn setup so I couldn’t pass this up. I took all the RC and Superwinch stuff off and took it to the dealer for the install. $336 was what I prepaid but they didn’t know I had prepaid. When I went to pick it up they had a bill ready for $730. They corrected the bill to zero but the $336 is short $$ for the install. The dealer can’t be making anything on the job. Before I decided to have the dealer complete the install, I called to ask how much it would be to do the proper software update (headlights and airbags) and they said $165. I wanted that stuff to be done correctly so the installation part of the job was less than $200 (how I justify it to myself)!

I've purchased the Warn winch kit from Ford Accessories via the website. I selected a local dealership, Jim Tidwell Ford in Kennesaw, GA to receive the kit and do the install. I checked with them, in person on Monday 10.14.2024 to confirm parts were received, and my appointment was all set. [My wife was scheduled to drop off the Bronco and I didn't want her to have any issues]. Today, 10.18.2024, I took the Bronco to the dealership for the winch kit install, only to be informed that the dealership cannot do the install. No one qualified, don't have the tools, "last time we tried, we had someone's Bronco for over a week and couldn't get it done", is what was shared with me.

I picked up the winch kit, and have called another dealership who said they also do not do the winch install. They were willing to try, but I'm not willing to give them my Bronco and let them figure it out.

Has anyone else purchase the winch kit from Ford Accessories and successfully had it installed by a dealership in the Northwest / Atlanta GA metro area?

NOTE: I paid for an have been charged [to my credit card] for the winch kit and installation in advance. The dealership submitted a refund for the installation fee.

UPDATE: I did find a dealership in the area that has done winch installs. However, I've been inspired by all the feedback in this thread to tackle the job myself. I do appreciate the community and reassurance that so many have done the install themselves with positive results. I'm gonna break out the tools and get this done. I'll follow up with the obligatory photo of the winch mounted on the Bronco.
i installed mine myself just follow the instructions took 90 minutes 2 people

I took everyone’s advice and tackled the job. Winch is installed and I enjoyed some DIY time.

Thanks for the offer! I installed the winch Saturday morning with a little help from my son and son-in-law. It was a good time and fun little job.

Oh really? The FP Warn Winch mount works on the Raptor after all?

Adaptive cruise control works flawlessly following installation of the Ford/Warn winch kit.
