Ford account page broken?

So my Bronco is scheduled, that's awesome and I'm looking forward to more information hopefully the week of 12/5, but I'm a little concerned I didn't get any email telling me I was scheduled. Kind of a bummer 'cause I'm weird and collect stuff like those emails.

In any case, I've been trying to figure out why the email didn't arrive, so I started poking around the "my account" section of the @Ford Motor Company web site and I noticed there's a "privacy" section listed. I thought maybe I'd look there to see if there was a setting that is messed up.

No luck, it's been a couple weeks and all I get is:

I tried the support link but it's about as useless as a screen door in a hurricane. Anyone else having some trouble with this?

Got my production email 11/3. The tracking link IN the email hasn’t worked even one time. Doesn’t really surprise me, honestly, but still…….
