Ordered with dealer. Email from Ford. Nothing in the Ford app or through trackers.

My existing order was updated to Raptor body code on Thursday and Priority Code was set to 10. It’s in Fords’s system, we doubled checked yesterday, but I’ve seen nothing online in my Ford account and I’ve received no email. This is a converted Golden Ticket order.

I'm in the same situation but not confident that my original Bronco order is converted until I see it on my Ford account login

Golden Ticket holder who had a 2021 and then 2022 badlands order which had been confirmed via email and on the reservations section of my Ford account.

Order was updated mid day Thursday. Bronco 800 number said they see it at priority code 10.

• Have an order summary “DORA” form email to me from Ford
• No “your order has been updated” or “your Raptor order has been confirmed” email.
• No update on the website.

I have an updated ford account with Raptor image but no confirmation email or updated build email. My ford account has never changed its overall look except the bronco image. still just says on the left "ordering with dealer" and below it the order date of 1/29/2021 and my order number. im not too worried about it but the order update email would be nice to have.

I placed my order on Friday. The image updated on the website later in the day and I got an email that just said your order has been updated on your 2022 Bronco (with no pictures, just a text email).

I have a screenshot of the text from Ford Program HQ, specifically the Customer Order Verification Program with a claim status of approved, a tracking number, and authorization number. Haven’t received an email and account not updated yet.

I have the DORA from the dealer though.
