They put a (vague) date on it. . . Now we can focus our squabbling on the Job 1 and "butts in seats" dates
Beat me too it "Ford Debuts All-new Bronco Brand Logo, Production 4x4 Model Set for Spring 2020 World Premiere"
LOL, same thing crossed my mind. If I was going to put a number on it, I'd say they'll drop some new teaser images and announce the announcement around the Bronco Super Celebration in April (or a similar Bronco-centric enthusiast event) and the actual press release will be about a week before the Detroit NAIAS. So, probably late May 2020. That would give the Bronco Maverick (aka baby) the aforementioned few months lead time on the real deal BroncoBronco expected in Dec'20~Jan'21.
When stealerships will take your money has little to do with availability. They'll just leave a clause in anything you sign like "order may be adjusted based on final blahblahblah". I'm sure someone will "take your order" today.
So watching the video a few times... is this our first view of the sheet metal of the new Bronco possibly? Just there for a second.
'70s era Broncos have a similar concave impression in the side panels. eta: The reply by @TeocaliMG earlier suggested another bit of info that wasn't clear in the public sources I could find: ""Ford Debuts All-new Bronco Brand Logo, Production 4x4 Model Set for Spring 2020 World Premiere""
wonder if they will have bikini tops and the configurations available by then? I would like to know colors and configurations at launch time, .
I hope this means that we will start seeing spyshots of tophats on mules or real test BroncoBroncos within a few months. I am tempering my expectations but it's hard not to be excited about this announcement.
I was referring to the point when dealers have a fully-priced options list...and Ford is accepting their orders. Is that typically well after a "Premier"?
I like the new logo if that is it. Simple, strong, minimalistic. Spartan if you will. Which is how I hope the Bronco options ups to be
