I understand Ford wants the trim to dictate the accent colors, but really it should be your paint code that dictates your accent colors. Im getting velocity blue, I want my accent colors on the interior grab handles and what not to also be blue.

The stitching and the cords on the door pockets / seat backs are also trim color specific. Itll be a headache switching all that out.

I like the orange but I don't like the black seats. Not because of the way they look (which is pretty great), but because of how they'll feel after sitting in the sun for a while.

I have black leather in my F250 here in Texas and never have an issue with hot seats. Now vinyl would be a different story.

I had gray vinyl seats in my old Jeep and in Los Angeles, which never gets too hot, the seats would be blazing with the top off. I'd keep towels in it.

My cream-colored leather seats when I lived in Austin were fine. My black leather seats in Vegas were scorching. These were on vehicles with actual roofs and tinted windows. So this all leads me to believe the lighter the better in the sun.

But I have no choice, so black seats it is.
