Im thinking Area 51 and Calvary Blue will be almost the same color. I think Area 51 will have a slightly different tint and be a shade lighter but thats about it. Its so hard to tell in pictures I can't wait to see some of these colors in person.

What do you guys think?

No, they are very different to me.

Area 51 = green/blue (???)
Calvary blue = soft blue (i.e. cotton candy)

My Tacoma is cavalry blue and they seem close to me. Close enough that I will most likely be going with a different color.
Do you not like the Cavalry Blue? Or just ready for a change? What color on the Bronco are you thinking of going with?

I noticed a slightly greener hue in the area 51 in some pictures. The problem is they are just pictures and I don't know how accurate they are. In person colors usually look totally different.

I personally think even though the shade or hue might be a little different they are still more similar then not.

They are both that ceramic muted non metalic style paint or whatever you call it and way more similar then different. I have a feeling people will be pleasantly surprised by area 51 once they see it in person.

I reference Toyotas calvary blue as a "Crayola" color, same as their gray. I like that style but they cool like colors out of a Crayola box of ?

Check out this video of the Area 51 Bronco Sport on the highway - but ignore the parts that are taken through the tinted front windshield because that distorts the true color towards the green. The video shows the Area 51 at different angles and in different lighting. From the video Area 51 appears to be mostly a blue-grey.

Yeah it only looks greenish through the tinted window. Everywhere else it looks just blue. I really think it will look good in person.

Different. A51 is dim compared to the Calvary Blue (shiny). Of course, we're back to the "lighting".

If you want to know what I think, that's a loaded question. I think Ford better come out with the official paint and not painted tin cans and computer generated colors soon.

i like the color a lot actually. I was thinking Race Red for the Bronco mainly to change it up a bit.
