Broncos are being built in Michigan. Wayne assembly with the Ranger if I recall right. Michigan for certain though.

I hope they are made in the USA. Bad short term for a few thousand US bronco owners but good long term for a few thousand auto workers, parts suppliers, truckers and their communities

I don’t think we should assume that some of the MY21 production will be getting shipped to Brazil.

I think it could easily just mean that as of MY21, they will be advertising and you could order a Bronco in Brazil.

They can get a 2021 bronco and they cant promise reservation holders in the US a 2021 model? Tells you where Fords priorities are!

North American Broncos are built on the same line as the North American Rangers. Which makes sense as they share a similar frame.

South American Rangers are built in Argentina, which is likely where South American Broncos would be built.

The site doesn't list sources and the only other news I was able to Google doesn't seem to talk about the Bronco at all.

The other thing is that the site says 2021 Bronco but does it in a way that's more like making all references to every car as the current model year and link to other articles about it.

The plant upgrades are for 2023. I would not be surprised if what they mean is a Bronco will be made there then.

Hasn't Ford Authority been shown on this forum to be not that authoritative?

Maybe I'm wrong but it seems like it's more of a Ford gossip site than actual rock solid info.

certainly hope this isnt true as the demand for this vehicle wont be met in the US until 2023

worse news if they start building them there and the "built in the USA" goes out the window along with the new admin

If they are built in a plant in Argentina, it won't affect production quantities for North America.

Your North American Bronco will be "built in the USA", and the ones built in Argentina will be for South America, where "built in the USA" means very little.
